When Generations Collide: Who They Are, Why They Clash… by L.C. Lancaster & David Stillman

I was looking forward to reading this book because of the comparison between generations. The two authors are from different generations (Boomer and Gen X) and offer insights into the generations based on their own interactions. However, this book was published in 2003 and I felt it did not offer enough data on the Millenials. The book does give some good information on the Traditionalists (pre-1945), the Boomers, and Gen Xers. I gave this a rating of 2.5 stars out of 5 because of the books age.
